These terms are an agreement between you and [your name or company] ("SendBuzzPro", "we") for using SendBuzzPro, its website, API and services. By paying for or using SendBuzzPro you agree to them.

1. What SendBuzzPro does

SendBuzzPro is an email API for sending transactional email and email to people who opted in, receiving email at inbox addresses, and controlling what apps and AI agents can send.

2. Acceptable use

• No cold email. Only send transactional email or email to people who asked to hear from you. Bought, rented or scraped lists are not allowed.
• Honour unsubscribes. Broadcasts include one-click unsubscribe, and you must not remove it or re-add people who left.
• Don't send spam, phishing, malware or illegal content, or impersonate others.
• We pause sending if bounces reach 4% or spam complaints reach 0.08% over 30 days, after a warning at 2% and 0.05%. A person reviews every appeal. We may pause or close accounts that break these rules.
• AI agents connected to your account act on your behalf. You are responsible for what they send.

3. Delivery

Email is delivered through Amazon SES. We can't guarantee that any particular email reaches the inbox, because receiving providers make their own decisions.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Plans and limits are shown on our pricing page. Orders are processed by Freemius, Inc., our reseller and merchant of record: you buy from Freemius, which takes the payment, issues the invoice and adds sales tax or VAT where it applies, and the purchase terms shown in its checkout also apply. Your license is issued by the LeadBuzzPro license server.
• Lifetime plans are a one-time payment for as long as SendBuzzPro is offered. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until you cancel; you can cancel from Billing in SendBuzzPro and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• There are no overage charges. When you reach a plan limit, the feature pauses until the next period or until you upgrade.
• Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee. If the product has a problem we can't resolve, email us within 14 days of a payment and you get a full refund. Refunds are issued through Freemius, our reseller, as full refunds; a refunded or charged-back purchase ends the plan it paid for.

5. Licenses

One license key can hold LeadBuzzPro, PostBuzzPro and SendBuzzPro. Keep your key private; anyone with it can sign in. We may suspend licenses used in breach of these terms.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for SendBuzzPro to be available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features, and will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes to existing subscribers.

7. Disclaimers and liability

SendBuzzPro is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for lost profits or lost data.
